Like Josh says, your pedestal appears to be an Edson and FWIW, I replaced my OEM plastic levers with Stainless versions and though a little costly, much more reliable for the last 18 years. Read the Edson manual and if you don't know how old the chain and cables are, you may want to replace those too. IIRR, the levers cost about $50 each and the chain/cable kit costs over $400.
