Something that sounds weird there. If your engine water is leaking in the
heat exchanger in your hot water tank, wouldn't you be getting antifreeze
in your domestic hot water? My domestic water pump sometimes runs
continuously as well, but I think I have determined I have a leak
somewhere, where it is sucking air. (But not leaking water)
