I now have so much West System in my balsa cored hull that I believe the boat
legitimately qualifies as a recent model.

It's new math. Crusaders were built from 1968 to 1971. When you average those
years, you get 1999. (Huh?)

Maybe it's the dollar weighted average of the dates of improvements.

Having said that, I wonder what I could get for my 2020 35-1?

1999? my sweet butt. Apparently, it is now OK to list the manufacturer build
year based on your most recent upgrade. Or not...

According to the broker, a solid-glass C&C will last 1,000 years! This
is good news, I can start planning for the 2973 rendezvous now :)

I will probably need to swap over to FWC, I can't count on Moyer making
new A4 blocks forever and the salt seems to kill them every few thousand
hours.
