It isn't the first time, there was one in Toronto listed that way a few years ago.  Pretty bogus in my opinion...

According to the broker, a solid-glass C&C will last 1,000 years! This
is good news, I can start planning for the 2973 rendezvous now :)

I will probably need to swap over to FWC, I can't count on Moyer making
new A4 blocks forever and the salt seems to kill them every few thousand
hours.
