If we are talking about the same Brian Sims in Ontario, he is co-owner
of Bruckmann Yachts along with Mark Bruckmann. Many years ago, I bought
his Kirby 25 called 40 Yard Bin, raced itfor 10 years and put it up for
sale. Brian Sims bought it back from me.
