Us, being in Florida, don't have much say in that. But our friends who moved to 
NW Nevada  based on a couple of mild winters, just got froze out with record 
cold. I don't know how long it takes to winterize your boat, but if it takes 
longer than the short weather forecast that gives a cold front dropping down on 
you, its a coin toss. TedFreezing at 60*.

Not the Florida fleet, I mean places that traditionally would have. I am 
holding off, it had hardly been below freezing here and we have got nice sunny 
sailing days. I did winterize the fresh water, some of the system is in a 
locker the cabin heat doesn’t reach. The engine is good to go. “Other news” has 
displaced climate news, but last year as far as I know was our warmest winter 
even and this year – so far – is warmer.
