There are only three for sale right now. One in Lake Lanier that looks nice but is trapped in a lake, one in Key West that looks decent and is not trapped, and one in Maryland that is ragged out. I am not totally getting a big ocean going boat in a lake, but maybe the lake is bigger than I think it is.
