Hi Jeff The Baddeck area of Bras d'Ors lakes seems to be always calm in the morning and then 12-18 knots starting around 12:30. Baddeck Regatta Week is a fun event because there is one longish race per day with exception of Thursdays that has two. Races start at 12:30 with start line a very short trip from clubhouse. Is great fun for old folks like me!
