Hi, I tried posting this before but not sure if anyone got it. To cut a long story short, I want to repair the area where the CB hardware attaches to the bilge. It is partially delaminated and the underlying wood is sodden and there is a little bit of rot appearing. It's a daunting task and a potential can of worms, but if I leave it it's just going to get worse. Anyone tackled anything like this before? Anyone have the technical drawings for the area mentioned?
