I agree with Chuck that it looks more like a scrape and the smile would be
a straighter line.  It also looks to be too far down the leading edge, the
keel joint is usually only a couple inches from the bottom of the hull but
it is a little hard to say for sure from the picture. Doesn't hurt to get
the keel bolts checked but I'd be surprised if that is the 'smile'.
