I have a Universal M4-30 and the parts manual has a reference table stating 
your 5416 was replaced by their M20.  It's 16Hp.  My manual does not show it 
but if the hole in the engine block is not threaded, it may be a hole used to 
indicate a bad engine seal??   I'm guessing.  Hope it's something simpler.
