NT Mail from Gordano will allow you to do this on NT hosted enterprise
solutions

you can't have to identical username on any OS!
if you host domain1 and domain2 on the same server the users names MUST be
different its like the primary key in a Database but the realname can be the
same (look in /etc/passwd and you'll see what i mean)
