Put the IP in /etc/hosts.deny
   OR  if you are running  ipchains
/sbin/ipchains -I input -s 200.204.74.223 -j DENY -l
   
substitute 200.204.74.223  for the IP you want to deny

Why are you sending all those .ida messages?
