i guess my situation even worse now. i have problem running restore OS CD to my 20GB unit. the LCD screen keep showing LOADING KERNEL but actually it does nothing, hang there for 30minutes :( time to enter factory again, i suppose :-) hopefully updated OS restore CD is available soon... thanks~
