I know this is a dumb question but what are the details about web.log under the /home/sites/site32/logs If someone ( :) ) erased it how can you make it come back....the cryptic /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf was useless so was kill -USR1 and kill -HUP don't tell me I have to stop apache and restart it....yuch....
