I have a Qube 3 at a remote location. A problem occurred, I instructed some
one to reboot the Qube. After reboot it took about 20 minutes scanning the
disk then it came up. before it used to say,

home.something
192.168.2.1

Now it reads:
home.home.something
192.168.2.1

The real problem is that the keys are still not responding and I can't get
access to the web interface, telnet was disabled but ssh is not making a
connection. It looks like the Qube is not responding to any outside world at
all.

What do one do in a situation like that? I feel like breaking the damn
thing but I'm more than 800 miles away, and I cannot tell the client to
throw his Qube in the trash.

Thank you much.
