+installed pmfirewall from pmfirewall.com and used it to configure ipchains.

+Pmfirewall closes off all the ports except those I need.

+Install SSH and kill telnet, apply all the patches, and you should be

Which redhat ipchains rpm did you use for the Raq3? 6.2?
