Not really... Though Ianal, I've had a lot of experience with the lemon
law covers vehicles which do not live up to the standard the majority of
the vehicles live up to.

If your Sun Cobalt RaQ continues to burn out hard disks and you need to
replace them every week, then you have a lemon.  If your Sun Cobalt RaQ
works like other Sun Cobalt RaQs it's not a lemon.

And advertising copy does NOT create legal liability in any notable case
I've ever read about. YMMV.
