I've not been able to use ECN due to the large amount of routers out there that are non-ECN, I turned it on as it seems a fairly "good idea" technology, then listened to the "i cant get to X site" queries. I'l prob. be giving the beta portsentry a test on our firewall at work in the next couple of days.
