We have a raq4r that has been hacked. Now it won't boot, though one of the drives will boot in another raq4i. I don't know whether this hardware failure was the hacker's fault -- maybe it was coincidental -- the machine has had raid errors in the past.
Now I need a database off this machine, but no longer have a spare raq4 to put the drive in. Is there any other hardware I can put it in that will allow it to boot? I have a spare raq2 - can I mount it as a secondary drive in that?
Thanks, Julian
