[cobaltfacts] Log Usage Disk Limits

My Raq 3-550 shows a disk allocation of 5000mb for log usage.  Where 
does one change this limit.  It's much to high for this server.

By the way, nice job on the list relocation.  I know many of you sweated 
a little blood and it's appreciated here.
