Greetings all, I am having a problem with my RaQ 4r. An hour ago it stopped responding. The staff at the colo facility did a manual reboot. The LCD only displays a line of black boxes across it and does not respond to pings from any network.
I have asked the colo staff to power it down completely and then power up again. Past that I am 200 miles away and out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
