[cobaltfacts] OT-Windows Network

Looking for a way to use a PC that is on a windows network and NOT 
have it boot up and go through
network signon.  Prefer a way that doesn't alter the origianl 
configuration of the machine on a permanent basis,
but would allow windows to boot so that I can use some applications I 
have on a USB drive.
