Ok, what I see here are mainly fixes to the restart-services triggers 
(much appreciated, these will be applied).

Do you have any changes WRT cobbler import or the repo management 
features?  I believe from IRC you said you were working on those.   Even 
if not completely finished, if someone is interested it might prove a 
worthwhile starting point.
