OK, so after a little more work, I've figured out that I don't actually
need the nfs mount for clonezilla since I'm using http to get the
squashfs file system (omit step 5 below and remove "netboot=nfs
nfsroot=10.0.199.2:/var/www/cobbler/images/clonezilla" from step 6).  I
think this will work a little cleaner with cobbler since it uses http
also.

Is anyone still interested in this?  If so, hope it's helpful.
