Hi,
The 'cobbler buildiso' function also addresses this by making a boot
cd that you can boot from and then choose the profile you want to
install.
Good docs are in the wiki and man pages on buildiso.

indication whats wrong. And the other thing I wonder about, does

I have to take this approach with an older machine my daughter has. I
use gPXE, which you can find at http://etherboot.org/wiki/index.php
and after the initial boot, it does a fully automated install quite
wonderfully. I just upgraded her machine via a re-install from FC9 to
FC12 with less than a dozen keystrokes. :)
