Shake's instructions are the easiest that I've read so far, and it is
how we implemented it.  There are already snippets that handle a good
chunk of the puppet work.  The only component that doesn't work unless
your cobbler+puppet are on the same sever is re-registration without
manual deletion of the SSL cert.
