Hi,
Sometimes the file name changes, it depends from the linux flavor and the
version, I found pxelinux.bin in an old server, take a look at dhcpd.conf at
the line:
# filename "pxelinux.0";
filename "pxelinux.bin";
in your dhcp server.

If I force the DHCP to fail during PXE boot, the BIOS falls thru to the local
disk and all is good.
So where can I get a better pxelinux.0 ?

A question, the second boot (after installation) becomes in hang if you
disconnect the ethernet cable?
In my setup I found that the cause was the pxelinux.0 file adopted by the dhcp
server, I changed it with an old version one to solve.

I use cobbler to install FC21. I end up with a grub file with init16 and
linux16 in it. The system will boot if the BIOS is set to boot from the disk,
but it hangs if I let it PXE boot and then chainload (is that the right word)
to the local disk.
Also, it will work with PXE if I change initrd16 to initrd and linux16 to linux
Any suggestions? Right now I am simply munging the grub config file in my
kickstart script.
