I received this report from someone looking for the Laplands along WCR 23 (between WCR 110/118) in Carr yesterday:
"Gary, thanks to your specific directions, we did find the Lapland Longspurs! ... I also thought I might have seen a Snow Bunting--I saw only the head--white with some cinnamon. The rest of the bird was in the trench made by the cultivator. I missed seeing it fly because I tried to find a landmark to help XXX find it!"
