Just a quick note about our Rosies. We have been been in and out this winter as we are short term renting our Rosy Finch House. I had been concerned that intermittent feeding might lose me my birds. The good news is I have had reliable flocks . These last few days have had flocks of 200+ birds. This group is predominantly Brown-capped , with about 10% mixed Grey-crowned species..No banded birds recently. We also have a flock of about 15 Pine Siskins and more wintering Dark- eyed Juncos than ever. In addition we have 1 European Starling who missed his flock and is alone here this winter. He likes suet. Happy Birding Linda Powers
