About 11:00 A.M. I observed a bird which I believe to be either a
Harlan's or an intergrade between a Harlan's and Western Red-tail hawk.
The location was on CR 93 north out of Morrison just below Red Rocks
Exit No. 2.

Description while perched:
Dark brown head with brown eye
Dark brown breast with some white mottling in the middle of the breast.
Rufous barred(like a Cooper's hawk underneath) leggings, lower belly
and undertail coverts.
The underneath of the tail was an off white/gray with a rufous shaded
subterminal band.

In flight the bird showed dark underwing coverts with light (gray)
remiges. The top of the tail was mostly rufous like a typical Red-tail.
