Ramah SWA in extreme NW corner of El Paso County is showing good shorebird
habitat currently.

Present today were the following:
Killdeer (many)
Lesser Yellowlegs 12
Greater Yellowlegs 5
Marbled Godwit 1
Baird's Sandpiper 3
Western Sandpiper 1
Semipalmated Sandpiper 1
Least Sandpiper 7
WIlson's Phalarope 1

In the field west of the entrance road were two Long-billed Curlews

The Wooded Area was dead quiet. I only saw 8 W. Turkeys in there.

Good birding,

Scott Shaum
