On my bike/birding ride to work I had a adult female Red-naped
Sapsucker. This bird seemed wet and was rubbing its feathers against
the tree bark. Colorado Birds has this species as a rare migrant near
foothillls. The RNSA was on the Poudre Bike Trail about 40 feet west
of where it goes under College Ave.

Also of note was a Sharp-shinned Hawk.

Good day!
