Hi all,

I saw my first of 2009, Hermit Thrush in my yard today.

Courtship behavior in the yard : Blue Jays picking up nesting material from the
ground, female Spotted Towhee seen with mouthfull of nesting material,
Black-capped Chickadee's are almost finished with their nesting material in
their box. House Wrens checking out boxes.

White-crowned Sparrows[4-5 which have been in yd. all winter] still here.
Junco's still here.

At Marston Reservoir across the street, 100's, 1000's of Swallows. Mostly
Violet-green, and Tree Swallows.

Happy Birding!
