Hi All! We went to Chatfield and were successful in finding the Little Blue Heron around 1 pm. While we were there around 25 Ibises came in and we did see two Glossy Ibises as well. Other birds we found of interest include Yellow-rumped warblers and Vesper Sparrows.
We then went to Cherry Creek and visited the new wetland. We saw three Snowy Egrets and around eleven Long-billed Dowitchers. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Prairie Sub species Short-billed Dowitcher mixed in with them. We also had a fly by Peregrine Falcon as well.
