Morning all,

Dan Carragher and I stopped off at Sonderman Park, Colorado Springs.  It was
birdy during the short time we were there.

Highlights:
TENNESSEE WARBLER - 1 adult male.  It was about .25 miles down on the Mesa
Valley Connection trail heading north from the parking lot.  It was hopping
around on the ground about 10 feet away from the trail in the woods.  This bird
usually frequents the high canopies, so I thought that this ground behavior was
interesting.

Others:
Green-tailed Towhees
Lincoln's Sparrow
Yellow-rumped, Yellow, and Orange-crowned Warblers
Black-chinned and Broad-tailed Hummingbirds
Bullock's Orioles
Black-headed Grosbeaks
Lesser Goldfinches
Lazuli Buntings
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers
Hermit and Swainson's Thrushes
Empid Sp. high in the canopy

Good birding,
