Yesterday I observed my first Wilson's Warbler of fall migration along the Arkansas River. I also saw my first male Western Tanager, in the process of molting from Alternate to Basic plumage, of fall migration on the side of the access road into the MacKenzie Ave parking area for the Canon City Riverwalk.
