COBirders, I made a quick stop at Big Johnson reservoir in the rain and wind this afternoon and had at least 2 SANDERLINGS on the south shore. There was also at least 1 FORSTER'S TERN and many FRANKLIN'S GULLs. None of these were around on Monday. There certainly could have been more there but conditions were poor at best and I had little time.
Also, sorry for the tardiness of this but there was an adult LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL at BJ on Saturday evening and last week there was a BUFFLEHEAD. ----- Mark Peterson Colorado Springs --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Colorado Field Ornithologists: http://www.cfo-link.org/ Colorado County Birding: http://www.coloradocountybirding.com/ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
