Hello, Birders.

Kei, Hannah, Andrew, and I stopped by Prince "Lake" No. 2. Boulder County,
yesterday, Saturday, Oct. 10th. (The site is as much a mudflat now as it is a
lake.) Anyhow, we saw 230 Sandhill Cranes loafing along the western edge of the
"lake," along with 1 Black-bellied Plover, 23 Long-billed Dowitchers (pretty
sure there were no Short-bills in the mix), 1 Baird's Sandpiper, and a whole
bunch of gulls (including many Franklin's and Californias), killdeer, ducks,
and Western Meadowlarks.
