COBirders, I tried to refind the Black Scoter reported at Eleven Mile by Mark Peterson on Friday, but no luck. Weather conditions were very windy and the water was rough. I did have one Common Loon relatively close to shore at Howbert Point and three more west of Lazy Boy. Two of the three took flight and circled for some time and finally landed further east towards Rocking Chair.
