This morning Rob Raker and I found the Barrow's Goldeneye pair (first
reported to me by Urling Kingery on Dec. 12 before the big storm)
along the S. Platte River just north of the bridge on W. Evans Ave.
We had great looks at the male Barrow's swimming next to a male Common
Goldeneye. The area has a good variety of ducks along with 100's of
Canada Geese plus good numbers of Cackling Geese.
