COBirders, The El Paso Snowy Owl was seen and photographed yesterday by the original finder, Snook Cippoletti. It was in the same place he saw it before, northeastern El Paso County - on Hwy 24 between the turnoff for Elbert (Elbert Road) and the green RR trestle about a mile farther east on Hwy 24 on the north side of the road. This is second hand information and this is all I know, but I did see the photographs.
