Sorry for the late post, had some email issues to work out. This past sunday 
1/10/10, I walked the Platte river at 88th and Colorado. The Long-tailed duck 
was still at the pond immediately to the west. That species was downgraded to 1 
duck from 2 that was previously reported. Also, there was a male Barrow's 
goldeneye on the river right at the water tower. So for those who are thinking 
of heading that direction this week or coming weekend be on the lookout. Enjoy
