Cobirders,Another horde of birders enjoyed the site of a house with a snowy owl chimney. He was in the same suburb as before. Take Scott Road south,the first street east of the Hwy 24, Elbert Road junction. Take two more rights to get on Prairie Vista. Follow it around to something like Ubella Court and look for a plethora of scopes.
