Cobirders,
I found two Mountain Plovers near Adobe Creek Reservoir (Blue Lake) this
afternoon. My guess is that they arrived today, a little early for the
species in this part of the state. They were 0.7 miles north of Bent
County Road VV on the east side of Bent County Road 10. This location
has been an excellent place to see this species in recent years.
