Third time was the charm, visiting Red Rocks yesterday. Finally got
some excellent looks at the Golden-crowned, near the west feeder,
about mid-day.

At South Platte Park on Sat, the female Red-tail is on constant nest-
sitting duty, so presumably has eggs. Didn't see the male. We did
see a dozen or so Mtn Bluebirds, south of the visitor's center, just
north of Ken Caryl Ave, east of the bridge.

And, just for fun, this ad: (http://denver.craigslist.org/laf/
1667391884.html) appeared in the Lost and found section of Craigslist
today. If you've lost your Eurasian Collared Dove, there's someone in
Littleton who's willing to try to catch it for you. I've already
responded to the ad and told her it's not a pet store bird, but a wild
animal. Seriously, the EC numbers in the Littleton area are
noteworthy this year-- waaay more prevalent than last year. I see
them daily now.

Also had a Cooper's Hawk in my back yard (Harvey Park neighborhood,
Denver) on Sat. I seem to get at least a couple of visits per year
lately from Cooper's.
