I, too, saw the Ibises in the grassy area to the east of the large ponds near (east of) the airplane field. There were numerous Avocets in the new ponds to the west of the road, south of the airplane field. This, about 3:00 pm today.
We also saw two (what appeared to be) Lesser Yellow-legs in the new ponds, as well as a couple of Least Sandpipers.
