Crow Valley Campground highlights this morning:
Blackpoll Warbler (1 male) along the west side in the smallish cottonwoods,
"singing" from the creek side of the fence
Cassin's Kingbird (1 near CR77 turnoff into the campground)
Common Nighthawk (lots of the expected "sennetti" race)
Black-headed Grosbeak (1)
Swainson's Thrush (1)
Orchard Oriole (at least 5)
Spotted Sandpiper (2) not a normal species at CVCG over the last decade
[Did not see Eastern Bluebird, Eastern Screech-Owl or Red-headed Woodpecker]

Still plenty of water flowing in the creek, which is actually great to see
A growing population of mosquitos
Great Plains Toad (1 obese individual along the "Mourning Dove Trail" in the
north part of the CG)

GR96 ("Murphy's Pasture", on the Auto Tour):
Chestnut-collared Longspur (1 territorial male)
McCown's Longspur (several)
Cassin's Sparrow (heard a few)
Grasshopper Sparrow (a few)
Brewer's Sparrow (a few)
