When I came out of the Longmont ACE hardware about 11 this morning, there was
an adult Swainson's cruising low and slow over the parking lot, riding the
thermals off the blacktop, obviously in a hunting mode. I guess the rest of
the Longmont birders have to assist in looking at the city parks on the north
end of town to see if they've set up housekeeping in the city.
