Today, Daren O'Brien and I decided to brave the rain and muddy roads of Weld
County. We were able to find the Black-billed Cuckoo and Wood Thrush reported
yesterday by Mark Miller on the south side of the road. After seeing these
great birds we ran to Crow Valley. The only thing of interest was 4 Orchard
Orioles and a very late Wilson's Warbler in the howling wind. Photos of the
Wood Thrush and the Cuckoo can be seen in the Rare and Uncommon gallery below.
